What Koal did

Koal pretty much had the best weekend ever. :)

First of all, my mom picked him up during the day on Friday, which I'm sure was an unexpected delight for him! He is so used to our schedules.

He got to spend the night with her (and she lets him sleep on her bed). Then another car ride and we were home, but not before he sampled all the best air OC had to offer.

Can you see his tongue hanging out?!

There was a lot more attention in store for him the rest of this blissful weekend!

This dog kills me

I'm sure I'm biased, but this is a darn cute dog!

Hammock time!

I gifted J a hammock for Christmas, and as this as been the weirdest year of weather EVER in California, he hasn't used it much. He finally set it up only a few weeks ago, and prefers not to lay in it while it's overcast and cold, but I don't mind. And apparently, neither does Koal, who just climbed right up and made himself comfortable. He was smart about it, so I can't much complain. :) He didn't knock me out or anything.

In the Doghouse

Sorry it's been a while...

I'm sure I'm in the doghouse with you for not posting.

(By the way, is this the cutest picture ever? Yeah, I thought so).

I've been very busy with getting back from Sacramento (pictures coming) then attending a Bridal Tea (more pictures) and finally, cheering on J as he won FIRST PLACE in Fontana Nationals for mountain biking! It was so exciting. So stay tuned...I have a lot to come.

How to take good pictures of your dog

Here's my dog. Look how patient and attentive he is. A perfect subject, no?

Would you believe me if I told you I bribed him? That his attentiveness was due to something other than me?
It's true. But I can't bribe him with anything too delicious, as he has pancreatitis. So I bribed him with little pieces of yam. Don't believe me?

Koal is a great helper

I love watching Koal ride in the car. He is so fascinated with everything, and he never barks, like the little human he thinks he is.
